Duties and Tasks for Product Manager...
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Also Capturing and documenting market needs and product capabilities necessary to succeed in the markets we serve - use cases, personas, cross-functional deliverables.
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes for the whole product range including the software solutions.
Helping in defining the product roadmap and prioritize investments through collaboration with customers, partners and key stakeholders in the organization. And identifying minimally viable offerings to meet market needs.
Preparing PPT’s for all the product line within the TAT.
