  • 3+ years of relevant product development experience into AV (exposure into CCTV and software solutions will be an added advantage)
  • Working domain knowledge in the areas of planning and forecasting.

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Also Capturing and documenting market needs and product capabilities necessary to succeed in the markets we serve - use cases, personas, cross-functional deliverables.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes for the whole product range including the software solutions.
  • Helping in defining the product roadmap and prioritize investments through collaboration with customers, partners and key stakeholders in the organization. And identifying minimally viable offerings to meet market needs.
  • Preparing PPT’s for all the product line within the TAT.
  • Giving product Demo’s and trainings and coordinating with the concern departments to ensure all the demos are effectively and efficiently facilitated including set up, product availability, completing paperwork for each demo etc.
  • Delegate the pitching strategy for the products range which we have.
  • Coordinating with reporting head and sharing ideas for product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders. Also, assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending product trainings monthly basis; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
