Looking for a person who is responsible for service coordination
- Must be exceptionally experienced in coordinating with engineers & managers for site requirements & installation completion, complaint handling etc. of assigned territory.
- Expert in Telecalling.
- Maintaining a complete record of Service revenue generated from that particular territory.
- Preparing & updating the reports for completion of installation & complaints.
- Maintaining the track record of AMC customer of that particular territory as well as calling the client of the particular territory and giving them timely service through engineer plan to reach customer satisfaction. Must have the caliber to maintain healthy relationship with present and prospect clientele.
- Must be excellent in working on Ms Excel.
- Must be excellent in written and verbal communication.
Qualification: Graduate in (any field), Diploma in computer application(Preferred)
Experience: At least 3-4 years in coordination field

- Business Support Calls for installation base
- Conducting OJT/Crash course of product training
- Generation of business from Customers & Escalation
- Entire Project Implementation
