The service arm of Globus Infocom recently organized a service camp for its privileged customers at Bangalore and Belgaum between 15-19th September 2008. The event which was organized in association with EME Bangalore, turned out to be a huge success in terms of the number of machines serviced.
A special training session on preventive maintenance of projectors was held for all the participants. An open forum enabled audience to get their doubts cleared on VPS maintenance, functionality, Safety, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Enhancing lamp life, Precautions, Dos – and –Don’ts etc.
This service camp, a first of its kind in the country won applauds from the clients as well as industry experts for servicing close to 70 machines.
