We provide services to our customers even after warranty expires, at reasonable prices.
We offer an economical & affordable AMC along with special prices offered for the consumables replacement during the course of contract (AMC Period) with an easily accessible Customer Support Helpline where all your complaints can be registered at any business hours, addressed & leading to timely resolution in 48-72 business hrs.
- AMCs are comprehensive and non-comprehensive types.
- Skilled and highly trained manpower ready for 24 x 7 service across the nation.
- 4 no. of Routine Maintenance Calls in AMC period.
- Breakdown calls are unlimited and are part of the contract.
- The services are "On-Site" for L1 repairs.
- Consumable and accessories like lamp, cables, remotes, batteries & plastic covers etc. are generally not covered under the scope of the contract.
- AMCs are signed between customers & Globus.
- Requests of AMCs for 3 years duration can also be entertained.
