  • Job Description
  • Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle in the assigned region.
  • Ensure accurate product uploading and documentation in line with GEM bid requirements.
  • Coordinate pricing inputs with sales, finance, and OEM teams for bids and product listings.
  • Track, analyze, and report bid participation, competition, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain OEM dashboards on GEM to ensure timely product approvals.
  • Conduct vendor assessments for Globus Infocom Limited on GEM.
  • Manage GEM parameters across all product categories.
  • Prepare bid-specific technical and commercial specifications for GEM bids and bunches.
  • Set bid-specific terms and conditions to enable smooth buyer selection.
  • Ensure compliance with CE, RoHS, ISO, and FCC certifications across all brands.
  • Handle rejection points and clarifications raised by buyers related to competitor bids.
  • Manage dealer and buyer registrations on the GEM portal.
  • Upload products, BOMs, and pricing on Globus and Dealer portals as required.
  • Provide complete support for order placement and execution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate order placement at buyer locations.
    Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in GEM portal operations, government bidding, or tender management.
  • Prior exposure to IT, Electronics, or Technology products is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and government buyers.
  • Strong understanding of GEM bid structures, compliance, and product listing processes.
    Key Skills & Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of GEM Portal, bid submission, OEM onboarding, and product approvals
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical ability to track competition, pricing, and bid outcomes
  • Strong documentation and compliance orientation
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple bids simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, portals, and online bid platforms
