- Job Description
- Having experience in the full lifecycle installation, cabling, signal routing, and commissioning of integrated AV solutions, commercial displays, PTZ cameras, and digital audio systems.
- Providing maintenance, presales, post sales and other services in the designated regions.
- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
- Providing Product Demos and technical training to the client.
- Comfortable for extensive travelling in their base location and nearby locations for daily complaints and project’s requirement.
- Ensuring documentation for project assigned.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must possess excellent technical skills
- Comfortable in traveling
- Should have own source of commuting. (preferred)
- Good Problem-solving skills
